Patnem is a good choice for travellers who want a relaxed South Goa beach holiday without being far from restaurants, activities and nightlife. It offers a quieter atmosphere than Palolem while remaining close to Palolem and other attractions in the Canacona area.
Patnem Beach and Palolem Beach are very close to each other. Depending on where you start and finish, the journey can be made on foot, by taxi, scooter or other local transport
