Perched above the beach, our new Hill Villas offer a little extra comfort and style while staying close to nature.
The Villas are set up on the hill, up the steps above our garden huts.
Car parking is available on the hill next to the rooms.
Each villa offers 60 sqm of bright, airy and private space designed for 2–3 guests, including a spacious bedroom with 180° windows (complete with blackout curtains) that bring the ocean and treetops right to your bedside.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, private shower, walk-in wardrobe, TV, fridge & a kettle, and a private terrace overlooking Patnem Beach, all just a short walk up the steps from our restaurant and the beach.

Please note: Our Hill Villas are designed for couples and small groups. As they are elevated with high balconies, they are not suitable for young children. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of either 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child per villa. Other combinations are not permitted. Even when booking multiple villas, we are unable to accommodate larger family groups with multiple young children, as the space is not suited for that setup. Thank you for understanding.
